Education
Dr. Todd Way completed his BSc at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Education at St. Thomas University and MSc in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of New Brunswick. After obtaining his MD at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Dr. Way completed both his residency training in Family Medicine and his CCFP Emergency Medicine residency training at Dalhousie University in Halifax.
Academic EM Interests
Dr. Way was a teacher in Math and Sciences for five years in the Fredericton area before he transitioned to a career in medicine and brings unique skills to our medical education program. He is also interested in the trauma program and specifically orthopaedic injuries.
Recreation
Todd is an avid sailor who has hosted the department on lovely cruises on the Kennebecasis River system. He plays golf, enjoys swimming, and in the winter his sport is hockey. His hobbies include reading and woodworking. Most of all Todd loves to spend time with his family.
